Due to the size and nature of the firm, we are selective about the types of legal matters we represent. Please see our home page and Client Services for Individuals & Families for a detailed description of the types of legal representation we offer if you have not already checked. While we will do our best to respond to every email, please follow these instructions to better guarantee a response:

• Please note I'm not accepting new clients at this time (last updated: Spring 2026). However, I may continue to work with existing clients if I have capacity.

• If you are an attorney looking for assistance on a research or writing project, I am open to contract work, as my schedule allows.   • I recommend reaching out to the local bar association of the county where you have an open case to ask if they have a referral program or directory for their members.

  • NOTE: Many Indiana attorneys will represent clients around the state, even if they are not located in a specific county.
